Euipo 2022 fund for intellectual property support for SMEs - Until December 16, 2022
From Jan. 10 until Dec. 16, 2022, through the fund managed by the EUIPO, EU SMEs European Union will be able to obtain grants to protect their intellectual property rights.
The Ideas Powered for Business SME Fund is a grant scheme designed to support the intellectual property rights of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the EU.
The SME Fund is an initiative of the European Commission implemented by the Union Office European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and will run from January 10, 2022 until December 16 2022. The request to EUIPO will have to be made before filing the application for a trademark, design or patent. It will be possible for SMEs during 2022 to submit a single application to EUIPO, to receive a contribution of a maximum total amount of 2,250 euros.
